All Autocar authorized warranty service centers, distributors, fleet service providers, mobile service providers, and in-house warranty facilities must have a minimum of two service technicians trained within 90 days of site authorization.  All technicians performing Autocar Warranty repairs must have completed the applicable training modules.  Locations must complete courses for authorized models at their location.

Autocar University provides on-demand, video-based training.  Instructions for Autocar University:

•            Technical Support 30 minutes

•            Electronic Parts Catalog (Administrative Roles - Service Centers and Distributor locations) 1.0 hour

•            Warranty Claim (Administrative Roles) 40 minutes

•            Basic Electrical 1.25 hours

•            Basic Air Brake 1.75 hours

•            Basic Air Conditioning 1.5 hours

ACTT Locations:

•            ACTT Course 3.0 hours

•            Autocar Diesel Aftertreatment 1.5 hours

•            OnguardPlus ACTT Technician 35 minutes

•            EV Level 1 (EV Locations) 40 minutes

•            E-ACTT Level 2 (EV Locations) 5.0 hours NOTE: Level 2 Courses are for customers and service centers of Autocar EV products as trucks delivered.

ACX Locations:

•            ACX Course   5.0 hours             

•            Autocar Diesel Aftertreatment 1.5 hours

•            ACX PDI - Pre-Delivery Inspection 1.5 hours

•            OnguardPlus OR OnguardMax ACX Technician 1.5 hour

•            CNG-Fueled Autocar Trucks 2.5 hours

•            ACX Digital Dash Update 1.0 hour

•            EV Level 1 (EV Locations) 40 minutes

•            DC Course 4.0 hours

ACMD Locations:

•            ACMD Course 4.0 hours

•            Autocar Diesel Aftertreatment 1.5 hours

NOTE: Training requirements are subject to change as product enhancements so dictated.  Completed courses are valid for five (5) years at which time technicians are required to retake the applicable courses.
